Job Summary:

Gnator Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Staffing:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Oversee the recruitment process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
    • Maintain and update job descriptions and specifications.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Foster a positive work environment and culture through employee engagement initiatives.
    • Address and resolve employee relations issues promptly and effectively.
    • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on employee grievances.
  • Performance Management:
    • Develop and implement performance management systems.
    • Conduct performance appraisals and provide guidance on career development.
    • Work with department heads to identify training needs and manage employee development programs.
  • Compliance and Policies:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
    • Manage employee records and HR documentation.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
    • Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
    • Conduct salary reviews and benchmark against industry standards.
    • Manage employee benefits enrollment and renewal processes.
  • Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and create or coordinate relevant training programs.
    • Foster continuous learning and professional development.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting:
    • Maintain HR metrics and provide regular reports to management.
    • Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of [1-2] years of HR management experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
